5 Minutes a day / 5 Days a week
But Jesus looked at them and said, "With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible."
Can you think of times in your life that the Lord has asked you to do things that where just impossible.
Maybe He asked you to give when it was all you had left.
Maybe He asked you to go when you had no way to get there.
Maybe He asked you to speak to someone that if you did you know you would be beat up or killed.
Maybe he asked you to love someone who you hated with a vengeance.
We need to remember that when the Lord asks us to do something, no matter how impossible it may seem, He always makes it possible.
Think of John who wrote the book of John. He was boiled in oil but lived through it.
What about Shadrach, Meshach; and Abed-Nego who where thrown into the fiery furnace, but came out alive with their clothes not even burned and not even smelling like smoke.
Think of Abraham and Sarah who where over 100 years old and had a child.
Think of someone like you and me whom the Lord saved.
Today, or this week or this year, the Lord may ask you to do some impossible things. Just remember: "With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible."
